School Nurse

Where are you originally from and what brought you to Mercer island schools? 

I’m originally from Dublin, Ireland, I moved to Mercer Island 10 years ago because of my husband's job.  I started helping out in the school district after my youngest son had a visit to the nurse at Lakeridge and told nurse Susan that his mom was a nurse!!!! 

What is your favorite sport or hobby to do when you are not at school? 

I like to play tennis for fun when not at school.

Where is your favorite place to vacation? 

My favorite place to visit is Ireland but I also love the San Juan Islands.

What is the most adventurous thing you've ever done? 

One of the most adventurous things I've ever done is climb Mount Rainier!

What are some small things that make your day better? 

Family, friends and Sunshine!!!

If you had the day to yourself, how would you spend it?

Hiking in the mountains.
