Many hands make light work! We have volunteer opportunities of all shapes and sizes and we are grateful for anything you can offer. Our community and programs are only as strong as our parent volunteers — let’s keep the enthusiastic support going!

NOTE: All volunteers must complete the volunteer paperwork and background check listed on the MISD volunteer page (steps 1-3). You only need to do this once per school year, so get it done and you'll be ready to volunteer the rest of the year!

EVENT PLANNING
- Event Planning Guide
- Event Planning Forms - Editable forms to assist in your planning efforts (event checklist, timeline, budget, event wrap-up). These forms should be submitted to the Director who oversees your area.
- Facility Request Form - Submit at least two weeks prior to your event to request use of Northwood facilities. When submitting this form the Northwood Main Office, please include a separate sheet indicating number of tables requested, number of chairs requested, a drawing of the room layout and any special requests.

MONEY
- Check Request Form - Complete this form for any payment or reimbursement requests for PTA-related expenses. Email this form and accompanying documents/receipts to treasurer@northwoodowlspta.org.
- Procurement Request Form - Provide this form to businesses when you are requesting donations for a PTA-sponsored event. Before soliciting, please approve the request through the PTA Director who oversees your event or program.
